A fan was ready to risk it all for Aaron Judge’s 62nd home run ball by jumping over the railing

Tuesday night saw baseball history when Aaron Judge hit his 62nd home run of the season to take sole possession of the all-time American League record and seventh on the all-time single-season home run list.

With such a historic milestone like that, a lot of people are understandably going to want a piece of any authentic Judge memorabilia in the aftermath. One fan at the Yankees (-1.5) and Rangers game might have been a little too dedicated to getting their hands on history.

Because when Judge launched his homer into left field, this person straight up jumped over the first railing in an attempt to catch the ball:
