Nothing Ear 2 launch today: Here’s how you can watch the event live

The company is also streaming the event from its official website, nothing.tech, offering an alternative way to stream the event. Nothing says it will reveal the full specifications and the pricing details of the product in the event.

Nothing hasn’t revealed much about the Ear 2 but a few teasers do show that it will retain a transparent design, just like every other product from the brand so far.

Carl Pei did reveal though that the upcoming earbuds will support LHDC 5.0 (Low Latency HD Audio Codec), meaning any certified hi-res audio will play at a high bitrate. Pei also stated that he contacted Spotify to update its library to LHDC. He added that the earbuds will have an IP54 rating, which is basic protection against dust particles and water splashes.
