Bihar Board 10th Result 2023 Released: Md Rumman Ashraf tops Matric exam, 4.74 lakh students secure first division

BSEB Bihar Board 10th Result 2023 Declared: This year, 6,61,570 boy students have passed the Matric exams, in comparison to 6,43,633 girl students. The total number of passed candidates is 13,05,203.

BSEB Bihar Board 10th Result 2023 Declared: State education minister professor Chandrashekhar Bihar Board Secondary Education (BSEB) and chairman Anand Kishore announced the Bihar Board Matric examination result 2023 along with toppers’ names. This year, the overall pass percentage of the Bihar Board is 81.04 per cent. A total of 16,10,657 students appeared in the BSEB matric exams.

Md Rumman Ashraf is the topper this year with 97.8 per cent (489 marks out of 500). Namrata Kumari and Gyani Anupama got the second rank. Sanju Kumari, Bhavna Kumari and Jaynandan Kumar Pandit achieved the third rank. There are a total of 21 students who have achieved top 5 ranks, out of which 10 are girl students.

Students who appeared for the exam can now check BSEB class 10 result at the official websites – biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, results.biharboardonline.com, matricbseb.com.

In Class 1o, this year 16,10,657 students appeared for the Matric exam, out of which 8,19,737 were girl students and 7,90,920 were boys. A total of 4,74,615 (2,73,933 boys and 2,00,682) earned the first division, 511623 students got second division (2,49,311 boys and 2,62,312 girls), and 2,99,518 students got third division.

This year, 6,61,570 boy students have passed the Matric exams, in comparison to 6,43,633 girl students. The total number of passed candidates is 13,05,203.

Festive offer

The Bihar Board announced that the first rank holders will be rewarded with Rs 1 lakh, one laptop and 1 kindle e-book reader. Second rank holders will get Rs 75,000, 1 laptop and one Kindle ebook reader. Third rank holders will be given Rs 50,000, one laptop and kindle ebook. All the other rank holders — from fourth to tenth — will be awarded Rs 10,000, one laptop and one kindle.

This time, too, Simultala Awashiya Vidyalaya, Jamui has recorded most of the toppers, as 10 students from the area have made it to the top 10 rank holders. In 2022, five students of the school were among top ten rank holders
