Regent Seven Seas Announces 2027 World Cruise On ‘Seven Seas Splendor’

Following

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced that bookings for its 2027 World Cruise, “World of Splendor,” will go on sale on April 10, 2024.

One shorthand way to describe this or any other world cruise is by the numbers.

The 746 guests setting sail on Regent Seven Seas Splendor on January 11, 2027, will embark on a remarkable 140-night voyage covering more than 35,000 nautical miles, stopping at 71 ports of call, touching land in 40 countries across six continents.

Cruise fares start at $93,499 per guest for accommodations in a luxurious Veranda Suite and range up to a record-breaking $839,000 per guest in the posh Regent Suite.

But describing this ship and the extraordinary journey it promises defies numbers alone.

A Luxury Residence at Sea

Launched in February 2020, Seven Seas Splendor is an all-balcony, all-suite ship with 15 categories of accommodations, one of the line’s three Explorer Class vessels.

Tastefully appointed suites range from a very comfortable 307 square feet to the 4,443 square-foot, one-of-a-kind Regent Suite. All staterooms have expansive balconies, said to be the largest at sea, that allow guests to enjoy changing vistas from their staterooms.

Regent is known for its bespoke, personalized service. With 548 crew onboard Splendor, someone is always on hand to address or anticipate the needs of every guest.

The decor of staterooms and public spaces is stunning, but the ship is distinguished by its $5 million museum-quality collection of 20th and 21st-century art.

A favorite of food and wine enthusiasts, Seven Seas Splendor has nine dining venues, including five elegant, no-cost specialty restaurants, complimentary fine wines and spirits in bars and lounges, and 24-hour in-suite dining. In addition, an onboard Culinary Arts Kitchen is the setting for a popular series of chef-led gourmet cooking classes

The ship’s onboard spa offers a range of treatments and wellness options.

An All-Inclusive Journey

Regent Seven Seas Cruises is one of the most fully-inclusive lines.

This 2027 World Cruise includes first-class airfare, door-to-door luggage service, a one-night pre-cruise stay in a luxury hotel in Miami, unlimited valet laundry (dry cleaning and pressing), phone time per suite, unlimited wifi, gratuities, ground fare, a variety of onboard entertainment and enrichment activities, and more.

To provide an immersive travel experience, the cruise provides a choice of 486 free shore excursions, including visits to 73 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Guests will also enjoy 14 overnight stays.

Onboard medical services and a comprehensive visa package ensure that guests enjoy a seamless experience with peace of mind.

The Market for World Cruises

World cruises are relatively few in number and tend to get booked almost as soon as they’re announced.

Retirees were once the niche market for these cruises, given the time commitment and cost they entail. However, with a growing proportion of workers able to “work from anywhere,” they are gaining traction with a broader audience.

This world cruise itinerary will appeal to adults of all ages who have an insatiable sense of adventure and yearn to experience other people, places, and cultures.

“For those with the means and the time, longer cruises such as world cruises are a fantastic way to see a multitude of destinations while unpacking only once on a single vacation,” says Andrea DeMarco, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Guests can pre-register starting March 27, 2024, by calling 1-844-4-REGENT or visiting RSSC.com/2027-World-Cruise.
