As recently as last Friday, Jonny Petrie was leading meetings aimed at steering Ulster into the future, seemingly intent on following through on his desire to be the one navigating all the financial problems the province is dealing with.
The now-deposed chief executive was still discussing important items, such as the pricing structure for season tickets, which went on sale yesterday, and the path forward for sponsorship in the wake of the departure of Kingspan.
