Cardiff: Two men wanted in Colin Richards murder investigation

Two men are being sought on suspicion of murdering dad-of-seven Colin Richards.

The 48-year-old, from Grangetown, Cardiff, died from a stab wound, according to South Wales Police.

He was found unconscious in Snowdon Road, Ely, after reports of a "disturbance" in the Heol-Y-Berllan and Heol Trelai area of Caerau at about 23.30 BST on Sunday, April 7.

Police now want to talk to James "Jimmy" O'Driscoll and Corey Gauci.

Charity Crimestoppers has offered a £10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the men, 26 and 18 respectively, and both from Cardiff.

The public have been warned against approaching them.

Despite emergency services' attempts to save Mr Richards, he died, and a murder investigation was launched.

Det Supt Darren George said: "While three arrests have been made, we are still looking for others suspected of being involved in the disturbance and the murder of Colin Richards.

"Jimmy O'Driscoll and Corey Gauci are both wanted on suspicion of murder, and I am appealing for information."

He said officers were supporting the family.
