Pushpa 2 has already made Rs 1,000 crores plus from its non-theatrical business. The distribution rights in the North India market has been sold to Anil Thadani for a whopping Rs 200 crores as per viral reports. Plus, Netflix has apparently paid Rs 275 crores for the global OTT rights, and the sum can be hiked further depending on its box office performance. With big Bollywood films of 2024 tanking, all eyes are on South Indian films. It seems makers from South Indian industries are also taking extra steps to ensure that a pan-India audience comes to the theatres... Pushpa 2 to be dubbed in Bengali?

It seems the makers of Pushpa 2 are planning to dub it in Bengali too. The West Bengal and Bangladesh market can bring in close to Rs 26 to 30 crores. Hindi films are not dubbed in Bengali as many feel that people living in Kolkata know the language. However, the suburban areas of West Bengal still prefer movies in their mother tongue. With Pushpa 2 coming in Bengali, it has high chances to rake in moolah from West Bengal. Worldwide Bengali speakers are very high it's almost 26cr so huge market shouldn't be missed. If dubbed in Bengali. Bangladesh release can be taken into consideration. So Bengali market should never be ignored. Bollywood didn't respect any language markets.
