The 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit has arrived. Round 1 is most anticipated with the most watch and wager action beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The Chicago Bears have the No. 1 overall pick and are set to select QB Caleb Williams from USC. Williams is the overwhelming favorite (-50000) to go No. 1 overall, according to NFL Draft odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
Players odds have been moving steadily ahead of the NFL Draft, and QB Jayden Daniels out of LSU is now -850 (bet $85 to win $10) to be the No. 2 overall pick ahead of North Carolina QB Drake May (+700) and Michigan QB J.J. McCarthy (+1600).
The No. 2 Overall Pick market is the most popular Draft-related market on FanDuel Sportsbook with Maye garnering the greatest share of bets (31%) and Daniels garnering the greatest share of handle (61%), or money wagered.
If Daniels goes No. 2 to the Washington Commanders, or even to another team via trade, then Maye (-285) and McCarthy (+250) are the favorites to be taken No. 3 overall, and that pick currently belongs to the New England Patriots.
But before you lock in your Round 1 bets, or Rounds 2-7 on Friday and Saturday, April 26-27, know there are no sure things where wagering on the NFL Draft. Even as NFL news and information is leaked, and NFL draft markets move measurably more than any NFL game day odds.
