Katie Price faces arrest if she continues to give “scanty excuses” for missing hearings over her bankruptcy, the High Court has been told.

The twice-bankrupt former glamour model was due to be questioned on her finances before a specialist court in London on Friday. She provided evidence to the court less than 24 hours before the hearing saying she was unable to attend.

The judge described her excuse of medical reasons as “scanty” as she asked for an adjournment of six months.

Barristers for the trustees of Price’s first bankruptcy have now called for her to be put “on notice” of arrest if she does not attend future hearings, the court heard.
