However, luck didn’t seem to be on her side once more as she was defeated again, this time by British sprinter Daryll Neita. Neita, 27, emerged victorious over Richardson in the race.

Anavia Battle of Britain secured second place with a time of 22.92, while Richardson finished third with a time of 23.11. Neita has been a key member in the 4 × 100 m relay teams of Great Britain contributing to their success by earning medals at international competitions.
