Now, the star has shared a defiant message despite being in the throes of a double bankruptcy case.

Katie took to Instagram to share a snap of her in a trendy white two-piece outfit that flashed her tanned skin and many tattoos.

Sporting a full face of glam make-up as she wrote a caption that proved she wasn't going to let anything get in her way.

Katie said: "May 1st! Going to be a good month and lots of birthdays wooo x."

Despite professing that it is going to be a good month, one of Katie's first appointment upon touching back down on British soil will be visiting the judge at a courthouse.

She is set to be summoned back to court within days to face up to her bankruptcy problems once and for all.

Katie, 45, was previously due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court earlier this week.

In March, the former Loose Women star was declared bankrupt for a second time over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.

The mum-of-five was due to face questions about her finances and give evidence about her income.

Katie has been summoned to come to the courtroom to face up to her problems once again on 14 May.

At the start of the previous hearing, it was revealed Katie told lawyers less than 24 hours ago she couldn't attend.

A barrister told the judge: "It's quite apparent that the evidence was filed very late and not even filed with the court.

"We are in a very serious situation as a consequence. She may be held in contempt of court, imprisoned, fined or a warrant issued for her arrest."

She was ordered to cough up 40 per cent of her OnlyFans income for the next three years as part of a separate dispute.

A percentage of her income will start being taken from April 12, the judge ruled.

Just this week the heavily tattooed personality wore just a beige crop top and denim skirt as she enjoyed an afternoon stroll in Cyprus.
