A DRUNK driver killed a 13-year-old boy - then tried to stop medics from saving his life.
Shocking footage shows cocaine-fuelled Harley Whiteman, 19, speeding before the fatal crash in Hirwuan, south Wales.

He swerved his car and mounted the kerb at high speed before striking schoolboy Kaylan Hippsley.
The thug then drove off, only returning to the scene after dropping off two passengers.
Shameless Whiteman pretended to be an onlooker - telling a student nurse performing CPR on Kaylan to "just leave him".
He said: "Do you think I give a f*** about this kid on the floor? Why the f*** don't you all just leave him and stop doing that?"
Whiteman became aggressive after bystanders told him to move - denying he had a car.
While the nurse battled to save Kaylan, Whiteman threatened to fight another man.
Tragic Kaylan was described as a "cheeky chappie" who "always had a twinkle in his eye".
The youngster had been walking home with friends on February 29 when he was struck by Whiteman's Ford Fiesta.

He was taken to hospital but died from his injuries four days after the crash.

Chilling footage released by cops shows Whiteman's Ford Fiesta hurtling down a quiet street just moments before the hit-and-run.
When cops arrested Whiteman, he told them: "It was a f***ing good show."
The 19-year-old refused breath and blood tests - before blurting he had drunk four pints and snorted a line of cocaine.
Whiteman had been to two pubs and thrown out of one for being drunk, Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court heard.
Whiteman has now been jailed after he admitted causing death by dangerous driving and failing to provide a specimen.
But Kaylan's devastated family have slammed his sentence of six years and nine months as an "insult" to the youngster's memory.
They said: "The sentence given to Whiteman would never be long enough.
"But the sentence given today of six years and nine months is absolutely disgusting.
Family tribute to 'bright, intelligent boy'
In a statement, Kaylan's family said:
"Kaylan was such a cheeky chappie. He always had a twinkle in his eye and could get away with anything with his smile and quick wit.
“He was so handsome just like his Dad. Kaylan was a talented rugby and football player. He loved online gaming.
“He was a bright, intelligent boy and a much-loved pupil in Aberdare Community School.
“He loved spending time with his family and had a great group of friends.
“We are devastated to lose Kaylan at such a young age, only 13 with his whole life ahead of him.
“We as a family want to thank everyone who helped at the scene from paramedics, members of public, Kaylan’s friends to the emergency services and police.
"They did everything they could to save Kaylan. From the bottom of our hearts, we are grateful.
“Our thanks also go out to the local community of Hirwaun who have supported us from afar sending their prayers and support. We are very grateful.
“We want to especially thank the nurses and doctors at the Paediatric Critical Care at the Heath Hospital for caring for Kaylan and supporting our family at such an awful time.
"They were so caring and respectful - we will be forever grateful for their support.
“Kaylan, your life was a blessing your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
“Until we meet again.”
"Whiteman will only have to serve three years and four months. It is an insult to Kaylan’s memory.
"This will be a small chapter of Whiteman’s life where Kaylan was only 13 and never got to live the life he deserved.
"We have been let down by the justice system. This has totally changed our lives.
"When Mr Whiteman got into that car along with the two other men, they knew what they were doing."
The family added: "All of them should take some responsibility for what happened to Kaylan.
"Even though the other two have not been charged, they were with the defendant.

Family statement
"They had all been drinking and taking drugs that day. We can never forgive them either.
"Not only did Mr Whiteman hit Kaylan when driving dangerously, he proceeded to drive away from the scene.
"He only returned under the pretence of finding out what had happened.
"He callously tried to interfere with medics treating Kaylan at the scene and resisted arrest."
The family added: "Mr Whiteman showed no remorse for what he had done."
'ABHORRENT'
James Hartson, defending, said Whiteman could not provide an explanation for his actions.
He told the court Whiteman had been "shocked, disorientated and panicked".
Judge Jeremy Jenkins told Whiteman his actions were "abhorrent and heartless".

He said: "When arrested you were aggressive, unruly and unrepentant."
As well as his sentence in a young offender institute, Whiteman was disqualified from driving for a period of eight years and four months.
