The 2024 list of developers building multifamily projects is open to companies with offices in the Austin area.
The list the tracks number of units under construction and/or delivered during 2023. The 24 firms represented on the list developed 25,276 units during that time. These same developers indicated that another 25,454 units are planned to break ground in the Austin area during 2024.
Information is gathered through ABJ surveys sent to company representatives. Only developers that responded to the survey are considered.
