After 10 acts made it through from Tuesday night's first semi final, another 10 joined them in Saturday night's line-up, as the second semi final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 took place in Malmo. And there were some shocks amongst the acts who missed out.

Among them were Croatia's Baby Lasagna, who is now the big favourite to win; Ireland's Bambie Thug, and Windows95 Man from Finland.. The other qualifiers were Ukraine, Serbia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Portugal and Lithuania and on Thursday, 16 more made their bid to advance through to Saturday's decider.
Two hotly tipped acts were on the line-up, with Nemo representing Sweden with The Code and Netherlands act Joost Klein set to send fans wild with his track Europapa. Three of the Big 5 - Italy, France and Spain - also performed their entries, although they weren't up for the vote, having already got a guaranteed place ion the final.
After the public vote the qualifiers were Switzerland, Netherlands, Greece, Israel, Austria, Armenia, Latvia, Estonia, Norway and Georgia. The six eliminated countries were: Denmark, Albania, Malta, Belgium, San Marino and Czechia.
