Highlights from rookie minicamp are a lot of fun. They are the first time that you get to see your team back on the practice field since the end of the 2023 season.

One of the cool things that comes from these practices are seeing highlights from the rookies. The lower-round picks and undrafted free agents are doing everything they can to stand out. On occasion, one does something spectacular and that's what happened at Washington Commanders rookie camp.

Wide receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint from Georgia had the play of the offseason so far with a spectacular one-handed catch.

It's not just that he made the one-handed catch in the middle of the air, he came down and took the ball upfield while staying in stride.
