Chelsea forward Raheem Sterling moves into the top 20 of all-time Premier League goalscorers after netting against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

Chelsea forward Raheem Sterling has moved into the top 20 of the all-time Premier League top goalscorers list.

The England international levelled things up for Mauricio Pochettino's side with 10 minutes of normal time remaining in their match against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Saturday, cutting inside and curling a trademark finish into the far corner.

The goal proved to be the first of a quickfire double as Chelsea overturned a 2-1 deficit to win 3-2 and leave Forest still needing a point from their final game of the season to mathematically ensure their survival.

Sterling now has 122 goals in the English top flight during his time with Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea, taking him above another player on Chelsea's books in Romelu Lukaku, although the Belgian is currently out on loan at Roma.

Thirteen of those 122 goals have now come in the blue of Chelsea, with his tally otherwise comprising of 18 for Liverpool and 91 for Man City over the course of 377 Premier League games in total.

Having previously been level with Lukaku on 121 goals, but 21st in the list due to his inferior goals-per-game ratio, Sterling will now be setting his sights on overtaking some notable strikers from years gone by.

The West Londoners play Brighton & Hove Albion and then Bournemouth in their final two matches of the season, and one goal for Sterling in those games would draw him level with former Aston Villa and Manchester United man Dwight Yorke in 19th.

Nicolas Anelka is only three goals ahead of Sterling as things stand, while Robbie Keane (126) and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink (127) are also within striking distance - although catching them will most likely have to wait until next season.

Jamie Vardy currently sits 15th on the list with 136 goals to his name, and there is the chance that he could return to the Premier League next season following Leicester City's promotion, although the veteran has been linked with a move away.

Sterling could yet drop back out of the top 20, though, with Tottenham Hotspur's Son Heung-min hot on his heels with 120 goals to his name.
