Meghan Markle took a trip down memory lane with her latest outfit in Nigeria as she marked Mother's Day.

The former Suits star brought out a classic from her wardrobe as she and Prince Harry enjoyed another day of their Nigerian trip. Adding a dash of bold colour Meghan, 42, was seen beaming as she rocked her Carolina Herrera Yellow Silk Overlay Column Gown - the same dress she wore in 2021 to announce her pregnancy with Princess Lilibet.

The couple made the Valentine's Day reveal with a black and white photo taken by friend and photographer Misan Harriman as they posed in a natural setting with Harry lovingly cradling Meghan's bump. Meghan arrived at the State Governor House in Lagos, in the £3,198 ($3,990) silk dress teamed with a pair of nude leather slingback shoes.

Wearing her hair in a sleek updo, she accessorised with two items which have also been seen before - an AURate gold collar necklace and a $3,250 (£2,605) pair of gold hammered disc earrings by Jennifer Meyer. She also wore her Lorraine Schwartz 'Evil Eye' bracelet, a sparkling gold Cartier 'Love' bangle, a diamond tennis bracelet and the snowflake diamond ring from Birks.

Meghan was also seen wearing the flowing yellow maxi dress during the couple's Netflix series Harry & Meghan and she celebrated Prince Archie's first birthday with Harry and her mother Doria Ragland. Earlier in the day Meghan showed her gratitude as she wore a traditional Nigerian skirt that had been gifted to her during a reception in Abuja on Saturday.

Jetting into Lagos with Harry on Sunday morning the Duchess was wearing the blue and white striped garment which was crafted using aso oke, a hand-woven material from south-west Nigeria. The skirt had been gifted to her by Abike Dabiri Erewa, chairman of the Nigerian Diaspora Commission, who handed the couple matching aso oke outfits at a reception at the Nigerian Defence Headquarters.

Meghan also previously wore the gown to celebrate Archie's birthday

Meghan has been seen wearing a variety of eye-catching and stylish outfits since they arrived in Nigeria, including a £2275 sundress. The couple are expected to stay in the country for just 72 hours.

Meghan previously admitted that she had discovered she is "43 per cent Nigerian" and thanked the crowd in - thanked in Abuja for welcoming her and Harry to "my country." The Sussexes were invited to Nigeria by the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, who met Harry last September at the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany. Their invite came after Meghan found out about her Nigerian heritage.
