Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies US, Inc. promoted Dan Mueller to Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development.
Mueller specializes in industrial, life sciences, medical technology and office development and oversees projects across the Midwest.
A highly knowledgeable developer with a record of successfully completing complex deals, he oversees all aspects of development from site selection, lease negotiation, due diligence, and municipal approvals as well as the management of design and construction efforts. To date, Mueller has been instrumental in completing more than 9,000,000 square feet of projects with a development value of nearly $1 billion, which have created thousands of jobs for local economies.
Mueller joined Ryan in 2014. He is an active member of NAIOP and is a board member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors. Mueller was recently named “40 Under 40” by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal and attended the University of St. Thomas for his undergraduate degree.
