Olivia Culpo reveals her wellness routine ahead of wedding to Christian McCaffrey: Protein, cold plunging and more
She’s ready to take the plunge.
Olivia Culpo has been focused on her nutrition and wellness regimen to ensure her skin is glowing on the day of her wedding to fiancé Christian McCaffrey.
The former Miss USA has been hitting the sauna and challenging herself with cold plunges alongside the San Francisco 49ers player, as she exclusively tells Page Six Style while hosting a supper club celebrating her collaboration with the health brand Thorne.
“I worked my way up to three minutes,” Culpo, 32, shared of submerging herself in the chilly waters.
The TLC star adds that she and McCaffrey, 27, like to cold plunge together, but that the athlete is able to stay in the ice-cold bath for much longer than she can.
“He’s great; I mean, he does five minutes,” she says. “That’s another level.”
Culpo gushes that McCaffrey is “very supportive,” even if she can only get through a couple of seconds underwater.
“Even if I do three breaths, he’d be excited for me,” she shares. “But yeah, he’s crazy.”
“I just get to reap the benefits of somebody needing to be in tip-top bodily shape,” Culpo laughs.
Culpo also says her pre-wedding wellness and beauty routine comes from within, and involves being “more conscious” of the nutrients she gets in every meal, which is why she loves using Thorne products in her cooking.
The “Culpo Sisters” personality says she takes several daily capsules, uses Thorne’s Daily Greens Plus in her smoothies and likes to mix different protein powders into her desserts, like protein balls and cookies.
“I’m just trying to take all the supplements that I can to feel as good as I can and have the most energy that I possibly can,” she shares.
Culpo recently divulged all the work she has and hasn’t done to her face, and even shared that she had her lip filler dissolved to ensure a more natural look when she walks down the aisle.

While she claims to never have tried plastic surgery procedures like buccal fat removal, she did ‘fess up to getting Botox and fillers.
“I just feel like as a girl, with my friends I talk about these things,” Culpo tells Page Six Style regarding why she decided to get candid about her cosmetic procedures.
“I think of the people who follow me as part of my community,” she adds.
“They’re my friends and I just wanted to be as authentic as I can with them and if it’s information that’s useful to myself, I would imagine it’s useful to other people and I’m all about that.”
Culpo says that as one of three sisters, she is used to having “no secrets kept.”
“There is no filter with any of us and that’s just the way that I like to live my life,” she adds, joking, “I’m a word vomiter.”
Culpo and McCaffrey got engaged in April 2023 after four years of dating.
