THOUSANDS of OpenAI users struggled to access the software on Wednesday afternoon.
Over 2,000 users reported outages just before 10 am EST, according to Downdetector.
A vast majority of the issues were associated with ChatGPT, with over 86% of users reporting problems with the service.
Users complained of the outage, with one writing, "chatgpt is down... again."
"ChatGPT! C'mon!" another commented.

Reports rise again
OpenAI seems to be facing more issues as over 1,200 users have reported problems with ChatGPT on Downdetector.
Reports started to climb again around 3 pm ET.

Reports have dropped below 1,000, according to Downdetector.
Users are writing on the site that they are able to access OpenAI functions with one commenting, "It's back in Texas.
"Works now!!" another shared.
