Boris Johnson is set to visit Iran this weekend in a bid to secure the release of a British mother who has been jailed there for nearly two years, according to reports.
Boris Johnson has declared Britain is meeting the European Union “more than halfway” over the Brexit divorce bill.
The foreign secretary's trip to Tehran will see him urge the release of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe.
Speaking in London today, Boris Johnson said the agreed divorce bill - thought to be around £50billion - was a 'very good' offer that should pave the way for the next phase.
