Marcus Rashford breaks down how Edinson Cavani has ‘transformed’ Man Utd by adding ‘another dimension’ in attack
MARCUS RASHFORD has praised Edinson Cavani's for adding 'another dimension' to Manchester United's attack.
The Uruguayan striker joined United as a free agent in October after leaving Paris Saint-Germain in June when the French side opted not to renew his contract.
And Rashford believes Cavani has given United something different in attack after the 33-year-old set up Bruno Fernandes' goal in the Red Devils' 2-2 draw at Leicester on Boxing Day.
Rashford told MUTV: "He's a top player, he has lots of qualities and I think he gives us another dimension that's different to what we already have in the team.
“It's good to play with him and to see him scoring and assisting is important for any forward and we need to keep up between us what we've been doing.

“For that goal, it was all the way from back... I think it was Eric [Bailly] who stepped up and played a good ball through the lines.
“It was a great turn from Edinson and he drove at Jonny [Evans] who then he had a decision to make, whether to step out to him or stay back and let him shoot.
"Edinson played a nice pass and it was a good goal, but to concede and to throw it away is difficult to take."
Eyebrows were raised when United signed Cavani on deadline day in the summer transfer window but the veteran forward forward has proved a shrewd signing for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
The ex-Napoli frontman has three goals and two assists in eight Premier League appearances so far this season.

United thought they had scored the winner at the King Power Stadium when Cavani's pass found Fernandes to make it 2-1 with 11 minutes to go.
But Leicester equalised six minutes later when Axel Tuanzebe turned in Jamie Vardy's shot.
Rashford added: “It feels like a loss in the changing room.
"I think we deserved to win the game and we had the chances to win the game, but we didn't quite get over the line.
"Now we just need to recover and go again in the next one.”
