The FUT 21 TOTW 28 lineup features in-form cards for Liverpool star Fabinho and Manchester City full-back Benjamin Mendy.

Reds midfielder Fabinho was named Man of the Match in Liverpool's 3-0 win against Arsenal last weekend, also recording a clean sheet, and gets the nod for a FIFA 21 TOTW 28 inclusion ahead of his teammate Diogo Jota, who scored twice as a substitute.

City defender Mendy gets an 86-rated in-form after scoring and registering a clean sheet in their 2-0 win against Leicester City in the Premier League.

Celta Vigo striker Iago Aspas, Napoli winger Lorenzo Insigne and West Ham midfielder Jesse Lingard are also included in the TOTW 28 squad.
