The average Brit throws out their own body weight worth of rubbish per week - and comedian Jon Richardson tasked the celebrities to wear a week's worth of their own rubbish as a way to raise awareness of the UK's "reckless" food habits.

Kerry was shocked to discover she had the highest carbon footprint out of the celebrities on tonight's show - which was revealed to be 112.49kg.

The host tasked Kerry Katona with cutting down on takeaways as part of an environmentally friendly lifestyle change.

Kerry said how she moved to Alderley Edge 6 months ago - and revealed how she has ordered take-aways everyday since the move.

She initially struggled to curb the habit - so Jon Richardson tasked her to dumpster dive in her neighbourhood to see the amount of edible food wasted.

Kerry was upset as she accepted the challenge and said she understood the importance of the issue.

She said: "I just want to better myself because I think that it's important."

After Kerry found how much edible food had been wasted, she became determined to change her family's eating habits.

She said: "It's ridiculous how we as a family have been spending as a family on takeaways. It's outrageous."

Kerry was praised by viewers on Twitter after she forced her daughter to wear the rubbish suit to teach her a lesson after she ordered a take-away later on in the documentary.

Kaz said: "So glad Kerry made her daughter wear the rubbish."

Emma added: "@ KerryKatona7 you are a brilliant mum!!!"

Another user commented: "Well done Kerry."
