For nearly three decades, hundreds of countries from around the world have come together to discuss climate change, and commit to agreed actions to help combat it.

2021 marks the 26th year of the Conference of the Parties – COP – and it will continue the work being done by over 200 countries across the globe who have previously set out the goal of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees.

The conference will unite world leaders, activists and important figures in Glasgow from November 1-12 for a huge programme of events on all things affecting the climate and cultures globally, and members of the public can sign up to attend many of these events.

How can you attend COP26?
