Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has written to PM Modi requesting the state's tableau to be included in the Republic Day parade.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting the inclusion of state's tableau in the upcoming Republic Day parade.
Taking to Twitter, Stalin wrote, "In my letter to Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, I've requested his urgent intervention to arrange to include the tableau of Tamil Nadu as this is a matter of grave concern to the State of Tamil Nadu and its people."

Stalin said that it was deeply disappointing to not include the tableau depicting poets, past rulers and freedom fighters from the southern state, including VO Chidambaranar, Subramania Bharati, Velu Nachiyar and Maruthu brothers.
