The players were treated to a special panorama: after all, it's not every day that you train with a view of the sun setting over the Singapore skyline. Sunday saw the BVB first-team squad undergo their final training session at the Kallang Stadium.

Even well into the evening, the thermometer in Singapore still read 28 degrees as BVB coach Edin Terzic led his players out onto the pitch - with the skyscrapers of Singapore in the background. With the exception of the injured Marco Reus, everyone was present for the hour-long session, in which a lot of emphasis was placed on passing play.

This was Borussia Dortmund's final evening in Singapore. On Monday, the tour group will travel to Malaysia, where the second friendly of the ASIA TOUR will take place against the Johor Southern Tigers at 12:00 CET. The opposition, who have won the Malaysian championship nine times in a row, also won the cup on Saturday and thus completed the domestic treble of league title, cup and FA cup. The match will be broadcast live on BVB-TV. (cr)
