Green has already served two suspensions this season.

Green was suspended by the National Basketball Association for five games after an incident in which he put Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert in a headlock. Here's the video of that incident, courtesy of Complex Sports on X:

He then served a 12-game suspension after he had an altercation with Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic where he struck him in the face. Here's a video of that incident, courtesy of BasketNews on X:

Green had appeared in 46 games for the Warriors this season entering Wednesday night.

On the year, he's averaging 8.8 points, 6.0 assists, and 7.3 rebounds per game while shooting 48.5 percent from the field, 38.7 percent from deep, and 75.4 percent from the free-throw line.

The Warriors are currently 26-20 in games Green plays this season, and 11-14 without him.

Entering Wednesday night's action, the team had just a one-game lead over the Houston Rockets for the No. 10 seed in the Western Conference. That would give them a spot in the Play-In Tournament if the season ended today.

However, the Rockets are hot, winners of nine straight games, while the Warriors have lost six of their last 10.

The Warriors need to figure things out if they want to extend their postseason streak to three seasons.

Warriors star Stephen Curry was visibly upset after the Green ejection, via Hoop Central on X:

Curry was one of the many Warriors players trying to calm Green down before he was ultimately given the ejection.

The Warriors will now have to regroup in a huge matchup on the road against the 42-29 Magic.

Fortunately for the Warriors, they were able to do just that, as they held a 27-11 lead after the first quarter of play.

The Warriors shot 47.8 percent from the field and had eight assists and 22 rebounds while holding the Magic to just 3-for-22 (13.6 percent from the field) with one assist.

Klay Thompson is the leading scorer after the first quarter, with seven points on three field goals and one three-pointer. Curry finished the first quarter 0-for-3 from the field with 0 points, two assists, and one turnover. Green went 0-for-1 with three rebounds and one assist in his three minutes of play.
