Taylor Swift opens up about relationship dynamics

Taylor Swift has always been quite expressive over concepts of love, romance, and dating whether through her songs or interviews.

In a video going viral on TikTok, featuring one of the Lover crooner’s old interviews she can be heard talking around the gist of relationship privacy.

The 14-time Grammy winning artist admitted that she did not “like” hiding her relationships from the world.

“It all depends on who you’re with. If they have a serious issue with it, then you, I guess, hide or whatever. But I don’t really like that,” the Midnights album-maker stated.

Swift continued, “It makes me feel like I’m running from the law or something. I don’t want to feel like I’m like a fugitive. Like, ‘Oh, my God, we’re having a relationship. Better put on a mask and stuff.'”

The pop sensation further added that her ideal romance would be “normal,” as she said, “That would be good. … I’d just rather live my life.”

As Taylor Swift spoke in the fan-created clip, it included contrasting images of the songstress stepping out and being photographed with her now-ex boyfriend, Joe Alwyn and current flame, Travis Kelce.
