The first statue for Smellephants on Parade has been installed in the Storybook Circus section of Magic Kingdom.
Smellephants on Parade
The new interactive “search-and-sniff” experience is presented by Scentsy, who began sponsoring Dumbo the Flying Elephant last year. Disney has teased the new experience with “debuting soon” signs where the elephant statues will be installed.
This first elephant statue is the same one revealed in early Smellephants on Parade concept art. Its top half resembles popcorn while its bottom half is striped like a popcorn bag. It stands on a yellow circus-inspired base. Flags encircling the base read “Smellephants on Parade” and “Presented by Scentsy.” It holds a large golden flag.
When guests enter Storybook Circus, they will see a casting call by Timothy Q. Mouse asking for a “Whiff-sistant” to join Dumbo’s new act. At the ticket booth in front of Big Top Souvenirs, Cast Members will give guests an illustrated map of Storybook Circus and a sticker sheet to guide them in their first task as a Whiff-sistant.
The task is simple: find all eight Smellephant statues in Storybook Circus, using the stickers and map to track your progress. The experience is complimentary, voluntary, and available to guests of all ages.
Other Smellephants will be inspired by churros, cotton candy, and more.

Seems a little dumb. I have no love for this circus fantasyland. Mickey toon town Florida version was way better. Seems to be a whole land to Dumbo.
