Suspect arrested and charged in Washington DC club shooting that injured 6, spilled onto the streets

At least five people were injured in a shooting at a nightclub in Dupont Circle in Northwest D.C late Friday night. A Prince George’s County man has been arrested and charged in connection with the shooting. The suspect, Rennwel Mantock, is facing several charges including assault with intent to kill. Six people were injured in the shooting, with five being transported to hospitals for non-life-threatening injuries. Police are investigating whether the shooting started inside the club or outside. The nightclub where the shooting occurred has been temporarily closed following the incident. Anyone with information is urged to contact the police.
