Ricky Martin Caught Off Guard When Joy Behar Abruptly Asks About His Foot Fetish On ‘The View’

The View‘s chat with Ricky Martin started off normally enough, but the unremarkable interview took a bizarre turn this morning when Joy Behar boldly asked her guest if he has a foot fetish.

Martin, who was visiting the daytime talk show to promote his Apple TV+ series Palm Royale, went through the typical press questions but was visibly caught off guard when Behar slipped in a more risqué query.

While the panel chatted about Martin’s latest steamy Instagram post — in which he posed in a bathroom mirror with his towel — Sunny Hostin asked Martin, “Is this what you’d call a thirst trap?”

Martin confessed that he posted the sultry snap to try and get more likes on his social content.

“My posts were getting like 25,000 likes, maybe 40 [thousand]. And I’m like, let’s just push it a little bit. This one got 300,000 likes!”

Behar quipped, “We’re learning a lot about you,” then took the opportunity to tell Martin, “I heard you’re a foot fetishist also,” as his smile briefly faltered. Still, he confirmed without shame, “I love feet.”

He then pointed to Behar and told her, “I heard you have beautiful feet.” Longtime View fans know this much to be true. After all, Behar isn’t afraid to show a little toe every now and then, and even once confessed, “my feet have created foot fetishists out there.”

On this morning’s show, Hostin reminded Martin that Behar has “nice feet,” as Behar said “all” of The View co-hosts “are on wikiFeet,” a site dedicated to, you guessed it, celebrity feet.

Turns out not all of The View panelists have their own page on the fetish website, though. Whoopi Goldberg quickly piped up, “Not me,” as Behar said her co-host’s feet are “too big” to make the cut. A blessing or a curse? We’ll let you decide.
