Jenna Bush Hager Booed After Saying She May Need To “Schedule A Wax” In Case She Goes Skinny-Dipping On ‘Today’s Tropical Work Trip: “Are Y’all Kidding Me?”

The Today With Hoda & Jenna crew are headed to Bermuda, and Jenna Bush Hager is already getting vacation-ready.

After hearing that Nicole Kidman regularly went skinny-dipping while filming Big Little Lies in California, Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb began to test out just how adventurous they are.

“Would you ever skinny dip if you were on a trip?” Kotb asked her co-host. “It’s a work trip kind of, but you’re like, ‘All my colleagues are sleeping, it’s no biggy, I can do this.'”

After Bush Hager denied that she would, Kotb asked if she would feel comfortable skinny-dipping while on a work trip with the “entire staff from the Today Show and our management,” much like the trip they’re going on soon.

“Is that what’s gonna happen tomorrow?” Bush Hager asked with a laugh. She later asked if they were going to go full White Lotus during the trip.

“It is kind of awkward, you kind of don’t want to put all of your business out,” Kotb acknowledged.

But Bush Hager was still stuck on the concept of possibly having to bare it all during the Today Show trip. “I think I need to schedule a wax,” she said with a laugh. “If this is happening, I need to schedule a wax ASAP.”

The Today crew responded rather shockingly by booing and groaning behind the camera.

“Stop booing me!” Bush Hager replied with a laugh.

Kotb was also not impressed with their reaction. “The only people booing should be men because women know what we mean,” she said.

“Yeah I’m like, are ya’ll kidding me?” Bush Hager said, looking at the crew behind the scenes, as her co-host said, “Boo to the wax, says who?”

Bush Hager and Kotb have been booed by the Today crew countless times on the show. In one instance, Bush Hager was booed when she offered advice to a viewer on the show. But even Kotb appeared to agree with the booing.

“Why are they booing me?!” Bush Hager said. “They’re supposed to be on my team!”
