175 varsity medical lab science graduates inducted 

The Registrar and Chief Executive Officer, Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), Dr. Tosan Erhabor; the Vice Chancellor, Lead City University [LCU], Ibadan, Prof. Kabiru Adeyemo have called on graduates of the Department of Medical Laboratory Science to embrace innovation and continuous learning to be leading light in their career.

They said this at the third induction and oath-taking ceremonies for 175 graduates of Medical Laboratory Science of Lead City University by the MLSCN.
Present at the ceremony were LCU Registrar, Dr. Oyebola Ayeni; Provost, College of Medicine of the university, Prof. M.A. Thomas; Deputy Vice Chancellor and Dean, Faculty of Natural and Applied Science, Prof. Olusola Ladokun; Deputy Vice Chancellor and Dean, Faculty of Management and Social Science, Prof. Omolara Cambell; the Bursar,Dr. Kunbi Taiwo-Taiwo and others.

The MLSCN Registrar, Erhabor, represented by Dr. Akinwale Akinlabi, urged the inductees to embrace diligence, innovation and selflessness, charging them to contribute their quota towards the transformation of the health sector.
 
In his admonition, the Vice Chancellor told the inductees not to stop learning, but embrace innovation, and strive for excellence. The Head of Department of Medical Laboratory Science, Faculty of Basic Medical and Health Sciences, Lead City University, Ibadan, Dr. Adesola Oniye, said the inductee had been equipped with the knowledge, skills and values necessary to excel.   The VC presented awards to deserving graduates with Mrs. Modupe Oreofe Alawada topping the list, carting awards and huge cash.
