BLINN BOARD TO VOTE ON ITEMS FOR BRYAN CAMPUS ADMIN BUILDING

  

Business pertaining to Blinn College’s administration building project on the Bryan Campus will be the focal point of the Blinn Board of Trustees meeting on Tuesday.

The board will seek authorization to negotiate and execute contracts to purchase furniture and audiovisual equipment for the administration building, which will be located at East Villa Maria Road and Nash Street.

The budget for the project is $30.95 million.  It is expected to be completed in the spring of 2025. 

Trustees will then go into executive session, after which they will vote on executing a private utility easement agreement and terminating existing easements on the Bryan Campus.

The board will meet Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the third-floor banquet room of the RELLIS Campus Administration Building in Bryan, 1300 Bryan Road.  The meeting will be livestreamed on Blinn College’s YouTube channel.
