Chelsea were linked with a move for Napoli midfielder Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa earlier this week.

Gazzetta dello Sport stated that there was also interest from Monaco, with the player’s family interested in an exit from Antonio Conte’s side in the summer.

More information has emerged about Zambo Anguissa’s future and it provides further hope to Chelsea.

AreaNapoli report that Napoli sporting director Giovanni Manna has flown to London, as the club are already planning for the summer transfer window.

The Cameroon international’s future is a topic of discussion and the report reiterates that Chelsea are interested.

They believe that talks can be held between Manna and the Blues regarding a move for Zambo Anguissa, who wants to leave the Partenopei in the summer.

As of now, Chelsea would have to pay a fee of €20m to €25m to land the ex-Fulham player, who has scored six goals in the Serie A this season.

The indication is that Zambo Anguissa has already informed Napoli about his decision and this is why Manna is acting quickly to potentially sell the midfielder on when the summer transfer window opens.
