The threat to the SNP 's Budget has grown after the Greens said they are 'unlikely' to support it - as experts urged ministers to have a 'grown-up discussion' about the future of free services.
John Swinney’s budget has been thrown into doubt after the Scottish Greens said they will not support it if the SNP continues to shun progressive politics.
SNP Westminster leader Stephen Flynn conceded his party had suffered from multiple “self-inflicted wounds” and needed to change as he called on members to “realign” under John Swinney’s leadership.
The scheme has seen the installation of a hydro turbine at Hamilton Waste Water Treatment Works in and is expected to generate 0.42GWh of green electricity each year.
