Augustinus Bader The Sunscreen
For fans of the cult super cream it's been a long wait for this SPF, and it doesn’t disappoint. The lightweight cream smooths on and blends into skin easily giving a nice glowy sheen, plus it contains the all-important SPF 50 protection. Like all Bader products, it contains the TFC8 blend that works to hydrate skin, target pigmentation and skin ageing, so it’s a hardworking multi-tasker. Yes there are more wallet-friendly SPF alternatives out there, but for Bader lovers this new addition is the perfect finisher to your skincare routine.

Celine Un Été Français, 100ml EDP
It was love at first spritz! This is my favourite kind of Summer scent: warm and intoxicating, it calls you to lean in and draw a deep intake of breath. It’s the scent of a voluptuous white gardenia or jasmine flower floating on a balmy evening breeze, with the smell of coconut sunscreen lingering on skin, as the sun dips and day slides into the golden hour of evening. One of my favourite holiday moments, so I’m happy to live here all Summer long! Tempted to try it? You can find the Un Été Français parfum at Celine stores and the Été Celine pop-up in Selfridges London's Corner Shop from the 17th April to 16th May.

Clarins Skin Illusion Tinted Moisturiser SPF25
As the sunshine season arrives and I look to lighten up my base I’ve been testing and loving this tinted moisturiser from Clarins. It hydrates and adds a glow to skin with sheer coverage that's just enough to blend and blur for a dewy even skin tone, making it a summer staple.

Wildsmith Skin Active Repair Copper Peptide Cream
This luxe spa and self-care brand hailing from The Bothy Spa at Heckfield Place (my favourite UK spa) is a joyous brand to give, receive or keep all to yourself! The brand also deserves kudos for their latest sustainability move, which sees hero products such as the skin-nourishing Ceramide Lipid Repair Balm and Active Repair Copper Peptide Cream repackaged into Vivomer biodegradable packaging. That gets a thunder clap – and repurchase – from me.

Trinny London Trinity
I travel a lot for work but anyone who knows me will tell you that I’m obsessed with travelling light. That’s why I love this double-ended makeup stick from Trinny London.
On one end is a creamy matte shade that multi-tasks as a lipstick, cream blush and eyeshadow. On the other a sheer, glossy wash that doubles up as a highlighter or a tinted lip balm.
I’ve been wearing Venice, a soft dusky matte rose shade coupled with a golden pink glow, which has replaced my bronzer for mimicking that “just caught a few rays at the weekend” vibe. There’s also New York – a deeper brown and rose gold glow – and Mustique, which pairs bright petal pink with a medium bronze colour.
I love how versatile the sticks are and how you can smoosh the colours into your skin with your fingers sans mirror on a train or in the back of a taxi and still get an even finish!

St Tropez Sunlit Skin Bronzing Tint + Tan
This self-tan-meets-bronzing-makeup-tint has earned its place as my favourite addition to the St Tropez line so far but there is a caveat. Sunlit Skin is like the self-tan equivalent of a tinted moisturiser or sheer foundation so you’ll only love it if, like me, you prefer a softly sun-kissed finish rather than an all-out deep bronze.
The application is simple and fool-proof - simply dispense a few drops onto your skin and either use your fingers to work it into the skin or, better still, use the St Tropez Tantour brush, which I found delivered the better, more even, finish.
I tried the Sunlit Skin for the first time when I was working from home and loved how I immediately had a sheer golden glow from the tint while the self-tan got to work. It wasn’t drying either thanks to the addition of aloe leaf and hyaluronic acid. Three hours later and my skin had turned a subtle caramel hue that looked believable rather than the baked finish that is often a tell-tale sign of having used self-tan.

The Inkey List Exosome Hydro-Glow Complex
The Inkey List never misses and its new Exosome Hydro-Glow Complex is packed with two of this year’s buzziest skincare ingredients - exosomes and ectoin.
Exosomes applied via clinical grade microneedling have been making waves in cosmetic tweakments for the past 24 months. But in 2025, we’re seeing more of these tiny messenger ingredients – thought to be 300x smaller than a pore – crop up in skincare formulations, where they are said to penetrate deep into the skin to repair and renew.
According to The Inkey List, it uses 3 million plant-derived exosomes in each bottle to “help boost collagen production by 300% and improve skin repair by 63% in 8 hours”. I can’t testify to that, but used underneath my regular serum (this is more of a pre-serum rather than a standalone product), I liked its cooling and calming gel-like texture. I also definitely noticed that my skin felt more hydrated without any greasy residue and my smile lines looked temporarily plumper.

Victoria Beckham The Cell Rejuvenating Illuminator
When it comes to my base I have three criteria. First and foremost, I want glow. It also has to be sheer and lightweight. And finally, as a skincare obsessive, I like my makeup to be powered by ingredients that improve the quality of my skin if I’m going to religiously apply it every day.
So it’s almost as though Victoria Beckham read my mind when she launched The Cell Rejuvenating Illuminator. The formula has been created in collaboration with skincare guru Augustinus Bader, so expect to reap the benefits of his patented TFC8 complex – a punchy blend of peptides, lipids and vitamins to plump and smooth.
The three transparent shades – Pearlescent, Rose and Golden – are also incredibly pretty for that ‘no makeup’ makeup look as all impart a luminous, pore-blurring finish (think your skin bathed in flattering candlelight rather than any obvious shimmer). I like to apply a few drops of Golden over the top of my sunscreen and then tap Rose onto the my cheekbones and the bridge of my nose to mimic sun-flushed skin.

YSL Loveshine Plumping Lip Oil Gloss
I love a YSL lip product. The Rouge Volupte and Loveshine Lipsticks are favourites of mine, so I was very keen to try the new Loveshine Plumping Lip Oil. I obviously didn't pay close attention to the name because I was a bit surprised when my lips started tingling. The plumping formula gives a little extra volume, which is always welcome and the shade range is gorgeous. I love having these in my handbags for a sheer, sheeny colour top-up whenever I need.

Sculpted By Aimee HydraBright Illuminating Serum
I know how good vitamin C can be for perking and brightening complexions, my biggest bug-bear though, is that so many vitamin C creams and serums pill on my skin whenever I layer them with my other skincare or makeup products. Sculpted By Aimee's HydraBright Illuminating Serum though? This glides on beautifully. It feels quenching and refreshing and it's provides the perfect base for makeup. In fact, all three new drops from the Glow Range (which also includes the LiquidGlo Brightening Essence and Brighten Up Energising Eye Cream) play well with other products, feel luxurious and leave my skin looking brighter, healthier and more awake.

Color Wow Texas Hold'em Big Hold Hairspray
If you've gone to the effort of getting your hair just right, you want it to stick. I have a bad habit of skipping hairspray after I've waved or blow-dried my hair though, because I hate the sticky, gunky feel. Color Wow's new Texas Hold ‘Em Hairspray feels less wet than other hairsprays I've tried, plus its formulated with 50% less alcohol and a more hair-compatible lower pH to give a healthier finish over time. And the volume wowww.

Westman Atelier The Powder Duos
Celebrity makeup artist, Gucci Westman, is known for her polished, classic, clean-girl makeup aesthetic which she translated into her brand, Westman Atelier. Although I'm usually more of a cream finish girl (I love the brand's blush and bronzer sticks), I like the idea of having a powder duo for on the go, which is exactly what the brand's new The Duos provide. There's six combos to choose from, stretching from soft, coquette-like baby pinks and tan, to hi-vis hot pinks and deep bronzes. They apply and blend like a dream and are perfect to take on-the-go.

Garnier Vitamin C Brightening Serum
When it comes to glow-boosting skincare, Vitamin C is always top of my list, and Garnier’s newly updated Vitamin C Serum has earned a permanent spot in my morning routine.
It’s packed with 3.5% vitamin C, niacinamide and salicylic acid to tackle dullness and texture, plus a clever new ingredient called Melasyl™ that helps fade dark spots and protect against pollution. Big plus if, like me, you’re on the tube most days.
The texture’s lightweight, non-sticky, and it doesn’t pill under makeup (thankfully). It’s also not overly fragranced, so it works for sensitive skin too. I’ve been reaching for it every morning without fail - it just slots in so easily.
That said, I’ve been testing a few other bits lately too - so this might not be the only thing making my skin behave… but it’s definitely doing something right.

Emma Lewisham Sunceutical SPF 50
SPF is a non-negotiable in my routine, and this one from Emma Lewisham has been such a lovely new discovery. It’s mineral-based, broad-spectrum SPF 50, and leaves my skin feeling super hydrated and nourished throughout the day. Big brownie points for the handy pump dispenser too.
Even though it’s a rich cream, it still feels lightweight on the face and layers beautifully under makeup. No white cast, no greasy residue - just a healthy, dewy finish. I’ve even been skipping my usual moisturiser some mornings and letting this do the heavy lifting, and it hasn’t let me down.
It’s a little pricier than your average SPF, but the texture, quality and finish really do justify it. Plus, you get a decent amount of product - and when something protects your skin and makes it feel this good, it’s worth every penny (in my opinion).

Laneige Glaze Craze Tinted Lip Serum
Anyone who knows me, knows I’m a sucker for a good lip product - from oils to balms to masks - I’ve built up a pretty impressive collection. I’d seen LANEIGE’s new Glaze Craze Tinted Lip Serum popping up all over my TikTok page, so when they landed on my desk, best believe I ripped that packaging open to lather my lips with what I can only describe as the most deliciously scented balms to exist.
Best of all? Not only are they super nourishing balms thanks to ingredients like argan ceramide and pomegranate seed oil, but they're tinted too - perfect for adding something extra to your day or nighttime look. Even my friends were asking me what was on my lips - so you know it’s good.
I’ve been alternating between the Strawberry Sprinkles scent which is a cool pink shade, and the Cinnamon Sugar - more of a nudey brown shade which is my personal favourite. The only thing I’d say is that they’re not super long-lasting, so I find myself reapplying often, but with the unique dome-shaped applicator which almost has a cooling effect - it’s certainly not a chore.

ZIIP Dot Nanocurrent and Microcurrent Spot Treatment Device
Entering the beauty chat this month is the new ZIIP DOT Nanocurrent™ and Microcurrent Spot Treatment Device. I’ve only just started using this, but already feel like a skincare techie in the best way. It’s a tiny pocket-sized handheld device that uses electrical currents to target breakouts - and yes, it zaps (but gently). It’s recommended to use 2-3 times a week and as soon as you feel a spot brewing under the skin.
Included in the box, you get a clear gel which you pair the device with. It’s full of calming ingredients like aloe and mint and helps the currents work their magic, and feels lovely and hydrating on the skin. As well as treating spots by boosting ATP production, this smart device also helps improve circulation, and promote collagen production - something I’m always looking for in the skincare department.
I’d say it’s too soon to see major changes yet, but I’ve got high hopes. As soon as I feel a spot on the way, best believe I’m whipping this cute donut-shaped device out.
