Survey: People lose motivation after pandemic, seek new job offers

People are more dissatisfied at work, they lack motivation and enthusiasm, however, two thirds of them changed their life priorities after the pandemic, according to a survey by Profesia and Slovenska sporitelna (SLSP) bank conducted between August 9-31 on a sample of 113 companies and 4,910 employees, TASR learnt from bank's public relations specialist Katarina Ragacova. According to her, the worst result was people's satisfaction at work, its decrease was observed by 75 percent of companies. They saw the second most significant impact on motivation to work, which is lower at 71 percent of workplaces.
