This should not relate to any item on this agenda since the Committee will take public comment after it discusses and/or before voting on each agenda item. The Committee requests that each person limit him/herself to three minutes

(Presentation) Luke Bornheimer - Better Valencia is a plan for curbside protected bike lanes on Valencia Street, which would make the street safer for all.

(Resolution) Brandon Powell - This is a proposal to implement a center-running bikeway on Valencia Street between 15th and 23rd Streets. It would provide people on bicycles an isolated bikeway outside the door zone of parked cars and alleviate obstructions of that bikeway by double-parked cars and vehicles loading and unloading passengers and cargo.
