    All HSFOB meetings will have an option for virtual attendance per the City's Accessibility Guide for Digital Events, Presentations and Meetings. The virtual meeting attendance option will be posted on the meeting page at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting, except for Monday meetings, for which the deadline is 4:00 p.m. the previous Friday.

    Materials: Any materials distributed to the members of this board within 72 hours of the meeting or after the agenda packet has been delivered to the members will be available at https://sf.gov/public-body/housing-stability-fund-oversight-board.

    Public comment: Members of the public may speak during any substantive agenda item and during general public comment. Generally, public comment is limited to two minutes per person per item. Depending upon the number of persons who indicate they wish to speak or the length of the hearing the Chair may limit comments to one minute. All time periods are approximations.

    Per the HSFOB meeting on Feb. 22, 2023, the HSFOB will still be allowing public comment via phone call. The phone number for call-in will be provided at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting, except for Monday meetings, for which the deadline is 4:00 p.m. the previous Friday. 

    Use of sound-producing devices: The ringing and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. The Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic device.

    Individuals who influence or attempt to influence local policy or administrative action may be required by the San Francisco Lobbyist Ordinance (San Francisco Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code sections 2.100 – 2.160) to register and report lobbying activity.
