A stretch of Ingoldmells' beach is up for sale with plots being offered at prices ranging from £50,000 to £250,000. The coastal land has been broken down into seven plots and offered for sale through Rightmove.
The smallest portion of the beach is 4.5 acres and the biggest 35.5 acres. Buyers may have to get in quick as one plot has already been sold, LincolnshireLive reported this week.
Poyntons Consultancy Commercial, which is marketing the land, wrote in the listing: "The area is currently undergoing significant investment. There are a number of schemes under investigation in the area."

Both Skegness and Ingoldmells attract a combined 2.3 million visitors a year. As a result, the area's 'visitor economy' is worth an estimated £733 million, according to East Lindsey District Council.
However, there is a catch for anyone looking for a beachside business or holiday home. Environment Agency and planning restrictions stipulate only temporary structures are allowed and they must be removed during the winter months.
This is not the only part of the Lincolnshire sands to have been offered for sale in recent years. Beach enthusiast Simon Adderley putt his 17 acres of Ingoldmells coastline on the market in February last year.
