The 9 Best Eames Chair Dupes if You Don't Have $5800 to Casually Blow

Ask any well-adjusted millennial man and he will tell you that the OG Herman Miller Eames Lounge Chair is basically the pinnacle of mid-century modern furniture. And while I will argue most men to death about damn near anything (I'm in the business of humbling males, okay?!), this is one of the few things I might just have to co-sign with them on. The original chair is perfectly retro chic—the seats and cushions are wrapped in butter-soft leather and held up by the sexiest woodgrain base. Truly, it looks like something your fine-as-hell male therapist might have in his office (if that feels ultra specific for a reason, mind your business!). The only bad thing about the Eames chair? That hefty-as-hell $5,800 price tag!
Don’t worry, though, because just like the cloud sofa sectional or even Stanley Cups, there’s literally a dupe for everything—including this iconic lounge chair and ottoman. The replicas look damn close, with some being undetectable to an untrained eye. Others take a few more liberties and have the ~essence~ of the Eames, but with a slightly different aesthetic vibe. Either way, they're all waaay cheaper than the real thing, and they look just as good too. Here, have a peek:
Our Favorite Herman Miller Eames Chair Dupes of 2024:
Whether you're looking for something a bit heavier on the modern, or want as close to the real thing as you can get, there's something for you on this list. And the best part? Your wallet won't hate you.
