Whether or not you've been among the crowds on the Beyoncé tour so far this summer, you've no doubt been inundated with posts on your Instagram feed from friends who have.

And while she, of course, killed it with the set list, those watching these endless posts on mute on the sly in the office weren't without thrills as Queen Bey's tour wardrobe served just as much as her vocals.

Keen to live your best Bey life this summer? We've rounded up the five key trends Beyoncé can't stop wearing on her Renaissance tour, and translated the looks for those of us who aren't headlining a global tour. Not this year, anyway…

1. RISQUÉ CATSUITS

One of her boldest looks within the entire tour wardrobe, Bey's statement-making custom Loewe catsuit moment featured the brand's signature Trompe L'oeil hands motif in black crystal and matching latex opera gloves. Reserved for only the bravest sartorialists, the embellished catsuit - with or without risqué hand print-work - is the ultimate spring/summer look that's particularly perfect for festival season. Pair yours with an oversized blazer or denim jacket if you want to bring a more casual essence to the aesthetic.

2. COBALT BLUE

Undoubtedly the stand-out shade of SS23, cobalt blue has officially taken over from fuchsia pink as the new hue. But while every major designer from Alexander McQueen to Cecilie Bahnsen, Richard Quinn to David Koma put a spotlight on the shade within their collections, it wasn't until Beyoncé stepped out on the London stage in this custom sculptural Roksanda gown that the masses were convinced. Whether you go all-out à la Bey or sport the shade solely on your nails, nothing hits the spot quite like it.

3. PARTY DISCS

Taking the party to Paris, Beyoncé's silver Paco Rabanne look was the epitome of celebratory fashion. Made entirely of the brand's signature mirror-effect discs and more of an hourglass shape than their usual straight silhouettes, this trend is for those of you with something to shout about this summer. Turning 30? Getting married? Managed not to sleep through your alarm this morning? Any of the above deserves a party disc moment.

4. RED ALERT

While the bluest blue might be the go-to colour trend of spring/summer, as we move into autumn - and Bey's tour is going through to the end of September - we see a direct switch from one primary colour to another as cobalt blue makes way for an even punchier scarlet red. A great trend to invest in that'll serve you well beyond the season, Bey - of course - went all out with a head-to-toe Off-White look, but there's something to be said for a more stripped back take on the trend. Start with accessories - think bags, shoes, sunglasses - and work your way up to the full look by Christmas.

5. THIGH'S THE LIMIT

Thigh high boots are nothing new, but when they return to the top of global trend reports they tend to receive mixed reviews. Some are thrilled at their revival, many can't look past their slightly patchy history… others didn't know they'd ever left the trend reports. But if you ever need convincing on a look, you can usually trust Beyoncé to persuade you. This deep red mini dress by Alexander McQueen was a real moment in itself, but it was the over-the-knee metallic boots that we couldn't stop staring at. A coloured pair is the perfect way to update the look for summer.
