Jadon Sancho issued Man United ultimatum as Erik Ten Hag bombs him out of ALL first team facilities

Ten Hag wants an apology from the winger but Sancho is refusing to back down in his spat with the Dutchman.

Jadon Sancho is well and truly out in the cold at Manchester United after being banned from ALL first team facilities, including the dressing room.

The former Dortmund winger had been sent to train with the club's academy players after he issued a statement accusing boss Erik ten Hag of LYING over why Sancho wasn't picked in the squad for the 3-1 defeat to Arsenal earlier this month. The Dutchman had said Sancho hadn't trained well enough, but the 23-year hit back with a statement claiming he had trained well and that he'd been left out for other reasons.

But now Mirror report that Sancho has been denied all contact with the first team at Old Trafford, including being banished from the dressing room and forced to eat with the kids. Ten Hag wants an apology before he considers bringing the player back into the fold, but Sancho is understood to be unhappy at how he's been treated and is refusing to say sorry.

Everything now points to a January exit if he doesn't back down. The social media post is said to have been the last straw as far as ten Hag was concerned after Sancho was allegedly late for training more than once. A source quoted by the Mirror said: "There is an easy way to resolve this situation, which is for Jadon to say sorry to the manager. Something has to give – and it won't be the manager."

A source close to the United players also added: “Jadon's team-mates have been telling him to back down and say sorry to the boss. They want him to apologise. They sympathise with him and the way he feels, but recognise a line was crossed with what he posted.”

Sancho hasn't played for the Red Devils since their 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest on 26 August. A move to Saudi was mooted after his spat with the boss, given the transfer window in the Middle East was still open at the time. But Sancho wasn't keen and the stand off with his manager looks set to rumble on.
