ITV I'm A Celebrity's Frankie Dettori first to be voted out jungle as fans react

Nella Rose narrowly avoided leaving I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! in Sunday night's show as Frankie said he was 'disappointed' in being first to be voted out just twelve days after arriving.

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! continued on Sunday night with the big reveal of which campmate would be making their way across the jungle bridge after being the first star voted out.

Nella Rose narrowly avoided leaving but it was horse racing legend Frankie Dettori who came last in the public vote. He said he was "disappointed" in being first to be voted out just twelve days after arriving.

Speaking of his exit, Frankie said: "My time at the jungle has been exciting, it has been a fantastic experience. I has been tough but also rewarding and I have challenged myself. It was a fantastic camp, I am disappointed but happy.

"I have done nearly two weeks and beat my fears of enclosed spaces and snakes and met some wonderful people." Fellow campmate Tony Bellew and ITV presenter Josie Gibson praised their co-star as they spoke of him being an "outstanding" guy.

Fans took to Twitter to react to the news, with one writing: "There can be absolutely no way in any world that Frankie Dettori has been voted out before NELLA ROSE." Someone else said: "Frankie had zero airtime x #ImaCeleb."

ITV presenter Josie Gibson and Fred Sirieix were still clashing over the new roles in camp following new camp leader Nella's decision to demote the First Dates star from cooking duties to get back at him.

"It feels like [Fred] and Nigel are sat staring at everything I do and it's a lot of pressure. His opinions are welcome but its a lot," Josie said, as she ranted to Nella and deputy EastEnders star Danielle Harold on his criticisms of her cooking.

Fred responded that Josie being a cook "wasn't her forte" as he continued to tell her how to run the cooking in camp.
