A few months ago, in an interview, Alexis Ohanian went deeper to explain the reality of how he managed to give time to his family even after having a successful name in the business world. He highlighted, “I don’t think it’s about work-life balance. I don’t think anyone can really accomplish that. It’s not about balancing.”
