Well, if you're at a lost end, then you're in luck...because a Superdrug worker has revealed all.
In a clip posted to the high-street store's official TikTok page (@superdrug.shirley), one employee shared a glimpse of some of the sulfate free shampoos in store.
And if it's the "softest hair" you're after, then she recommends trying the 'renewing+ argan oil of morocco repairing shampoo and conditioner.'
Perhaps the best part of all? They cost just £4.99 for members.
Brittle hair is usually easy to identify, with common characteristics including dry, frizzy, dull locks or split ends.
It's typically caused by excessive hair washing and blow-drying, while hormonal imbalances can also be a contributing factor, but it turns out there's a specific type of hair product that may help.

Not stopping there, the beauty fan can be seen holding a bottle of the Herbal Essences bio-renew potent aloe and mango colour protect and shine shampoo and conditioner.
"These come in so many scents and for different hair types," she says.
"£5.99 or 2 for £8."
She notes that her "personal fave" is the pure aloe and avocado oil, which claims to "gently soothe."
And if you've got curly hair, then don't worry…because the Superdrug worker has you covered too.
She praises the Cantu avocado hydrating shampoo 'for natural curls, coils and waves' which claims to 'gently cleanser and soften' and comes with avocado oil and shea butter.
