Kylian Mbappe is set to spearhead a Real Madrid side that is primed to dominate Europe for years to come.

The 25-year-old has agreed to join Los Blancos this summer when his contract expires at Paris Saint-Germain.

World Cup winner Mbappe will bank a cool £13million-per-year in Spain, while he will also pocket a whopping £128m signing-on fee.

And it's fair to say that should the France international fail to lift the Champions League at least once, it would be nothing less than a disaster considering he will be joining the best players in the world.

That is because manager Carlo Ancelotti has ushered in a new era of the Galacticos at the Bernabeu.

Last year's transfer of Jude Bellingham transformed Real's fortunes, with the club on course for LaLiga success and possible European Cup glory.

Real are also poised to strengthen further in defence with Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies heavily linked with his deal up at the end of the season.

Here's how the Spanish side could line-up next season should they land their top two summer targets.

Goalkeeper Thibaut Courtous is expected to start between the sticks once he recovers from his knee injury having failed to feature this campaign.

Dani Carvajal is likely to keep his place at right-back, though at 32, it could be the last season he is a first-choice regular.

Canada international Davies would then slot in at left-back ahead of Ferland Mendy and Fran Garcia, who Ancelotti has rotated in the position this term.

And a centre-back pairing is likely to consist of Eder Militao and David Alaba, with the duo both currently out with knee knocks.

Though Real could bring in Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite, with talkSPORT understanding that Ancelotti is a huge admirer of the player having handed him his Toffees debut in 2020.

A changing of the guard is likely to happen this summer, with veteran midfielders Luka Modric and Toni Kroos poised to become free agents.

Kroos has started 17 times in LaLiga this term, while Modric has been named in the line-up just 11 times from Real's 25 league matches.

But there is no worrying from Real fans over the potential exit of the club legends, with the pair slowly being phased out this season to get ready for their departure.

Federico Valverde could be deployed as the lone defensive midfielder, with Eduardo Camavinga just edging Les Bleus teammate Aurelien Tchouameni to start in the left-sided No8 role.

Bellingham would then feature as the right-sided box-to-box midfielder following a record-breaking season that has seen him score 20 goals so far.

Brazilian star Rodrygo would then slot in on the right wing, with compatriot Vinicius Jr to feature on the opposite flank.

And Mbappe would then be tasked with leading the line for Real, where he would be a huge upgrade on their current centre-forward.

Joselu - on loan from Spanish second-tier side Espanyol - has mustered just eight league goals.

It remains to be seen whether they will turn the 33-year-old's loan spell into a permanent stay - especially with teenage starlet Endrick to link up in the summer.

Real activated the 17-year-old's £51m release clause at Palmeiras in December 2022, where he has had to stay in Brazil until he turns 18.

Already a Selecao international, Endrick, who can play behind the striker and anywhere across the front three, will provide good back-up to Mbappe, who will surely hit the ground running in Madrid.
