Former Scotland rugby international and Munster coach Greig Oliver was killed in a horrific paragliding crash in South Africa after a pilot showed a “total disregard” for his passenger’s safety, an official report has found.

The investigation into the incident stated that the South African pilot said he put Mr Oliver through a series of quick dynamic acrobatic turns that the canopy was not certified for.
